Im new to fitbit. i mainly wanted to use this to track calories burned and my sleep pattern. ive been using it for about a week and a half. on 3/28 i weighed in at 305lbs. todays weight is 298. Im 5'10.
so far the fitbit is showing that ive averaged around 4800 calories per day burned. 3 out of the last 7 days it showed i burned about 5800. those were the days i exercised much more.
does this sound accurate? ive started noticing more muscle definition, as ive been exercising for about a solid 2 weeks...and ive been cutting back my calorie intake a bit. most places i see online say its not realistic for even a highly trained athlete to burn that many calories per day. i will say this though, its certainly more motivation for loosing weight!
