My Charge 5 stopped synching on December 26. I rebooted the Charge, rebooted my phone, shut the blue tooth off and on, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, etc. Changed the password on the app.... Now, it won't let me log in at all. It spins like it is going to to do something but then nothing. Please help.

Oh and cleared the cache in the app and force stopped the app. nothing works. 😞
