My brand new charge 5 doesnt turn on. Tried several times to load that thing but nothing ever appears on the screen. I hate this, already regretting so much that I did not buy an iwatch.

As well tried to restart by tapoing the usb cable thing 3 times. Nothing.

I had the same problem! Contact the customer service, they were very nice and I am getting a new charge 5 now! 🙂
