Hi, is anyone else having problems with their charge 5 not syncing? It had an absolute meltdown on Saturday so I had to reset it using the charger as the screen was locked out. It synced yesterday after I restarted the Charge 5 but now will not sync again. Any suggestions would be great as this is only 1 week old so not sure if I need to return this device or it is a general Fitbit issue. TIA.
Best AnswerHi - my charge 5 has not been charging for a few days. I got a error number 1008 that referenced a IP address that was not mine when I tried to sign in with fitbit.. While on the phone with the help person I thought that maybe my VPN maybe the issue. I unactivated my VPN and was able to sync my watch to my phone. hope that helps
