hi. i have a new charge 5 with an android 8.1.0 phone. the phone will not find the charge 5. i have restarted my phone 3 times and turned the bluetooth off and back on several times. i also uninstalled the fitbit app twice and reinstalled and still i can not get past the the setup bluetooth. My fitbit account states i have no devices attached as the first time i attempted to add my charge 5 it removed he existing charge 3.
how do i get my phone to find the charge 5? thanks
