Just bought and started using my charge 5.   The charge was down to 18% after just wearing it for the day and overnight.  Very disappointed!  Any suggestions?

I'm having a similiar experience. My Charge 5 won't charge past 99% and then it seems to drain REALLYT quickly. I've been wearing it for les than 48 hours and it's already around 50%. I also noticed that the screen brightness does not change. So Dim vs. Normal vs. Max are the same brightness. It makes me wonder if the screen is draining the battery?
