ecg - "Getting Started" button not clickable

After clicking Open button in my Fitbit Charge 5 it sends a notification to the fitbit app in the phone.

I click on the notification and it opens the page in the image below.

But the "Getting Started" button at the bottom of the page is not clickable

One thing to check, though doesn't look like the case here:  Sometimes there is more to the message and have to scroll to the bottom of it before button becomes clickable, so they will think you at least might have read the whole thing.

Already checked that a couple of times, but no success.
