flashing lines

screen was black and unresponsive       did the three push restart   now have flashing lines      any suggestions ?

Hi, @Ross33 @I would recommend trying the restart a couple more times, but if that does not resolve the issue, please get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com . They will take it from there.
