iOS and Fitbit not syncing

There is an issue with iOS and Fitbit not syncing with correct step counts.. it’s off by more than half of total steps. This is going on for a while now.. tried everything and nothing works.

Hi, @Or0213 , could you explain what the bottom picture is?

Are you saying that your phone counts more steps than your Fitbit does?  That is not a sync issue.  You will find that different trackers count different amounts of steps as they follow different algorithms, may have different equipment, and have different degrees of accuracy.  Generally speaking I would have thought that a dedicated tracker, such as the Charge 5, would be more accurate than a phone count.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
