Once again while my charge 5 is calculating my resting hr, it isn’t showing up my app.
I have reset and re-paired BT, I have logged out and back in on the app, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it.
as a point of interest it began doing this on 4/29/22, I cannot correlate the date to an app update (front end). I wonder how well the data mining workloads are running on the back end? If a process is stuck or if the trigger thresholds for recalculations has been modified?
I’m at wit’s end. Anyone?

Mine just started doing this 2 days ago, it has been fine for the last 10 months since I have purchased the Charge 5. The fitbit web portal has also quit displaying this information as well so it is not just the IOS app. Did you ever get this resolved?
