Hate this band. The extra band tuck against the inside of my wrist and gradually rubs blisters into the skin. I really wish that Fitbit had included bands similar to the ones I had on the old watch -- those were comfortable and never gave me an issue. Fitbit! D-Minus on the band!

Hello @mbelloch
That sounds terrible! Are you allergic to it? If so, you should stop wearing it and contact Support for help (you can click on Help at the bottom of the page and then scroll down to change the country to yours).. If there's too much tucked under, maybe you could try the short one instead.
Also, Amazon sell different styles of bands made from different materials and you might be able to find something there that works better for you there. The Fitbit Sports Band, with holes in it, seems to have a buckle and the excess is on the outside rather than tucked in.
I hope you can get help so that you can wear your Charge 5 comfortably.

I think it's a case of the band restricting the skins ability to breathe, with the build up of moisture causing the skin to eventually chafe. I had a similar experience with the same (infinity) band on my Sense. I switched to the sports band (which is perforated) and the issue has gone away. The material feels the same, but it allows for much greater breathability.
This (here) is the link for the sports band in the Fitbit store, although you could probably find 3rd party ones on Amazon or similar site.
