Recently my FitBit payments stopped working. I noticed on a store terminal that the decline message included an unfamiliar account number that was not my credit card. This proved to be the Charge 5 "Device Account Number." This is now used instead of my account number and every attempt at a payment is being declined when it used to work perfectly. Is there a way to go back to using my actual card number? Or another fix?
