Hello all,
I am new to Fitbit. It came in the mail the other day and I'm trying to "Sign in with Google" on the Fitbit app on my iPhone 11.
When I click "Sign in with Google", it loads and gives me this error message:
I have tried everything: Restarting my phone, creating a different Gmail account, Deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app, Trying to sign in with Wifi off, even calling customer service and they can't even help me.
Please help!

So, I tried that and it didn't work. I simply called customer service the next day and they had me reinstall the Fitbit App. It worked for some reason even though I had tried one or two days before. I think the Fitbit app is just laggy and slow.

Sad to hear that you're having issues logging in to your Fitbit account. As a first step to get things working I'd suggest trying to log in to your Fitbit account on the web dashboard to verify your login credentials. To do so please go to
Next click "Continue with Google". On the next page select the Google account you're going to use for Fitbit and enter your Google password if required. If no password is required please look for the saved password in your browser's settings.
After having successfully logged in, please use these credentials to continue setup for your Fitbit device on your phone. You might want to have a closer look here to get guided through the setup procedure:
