I am sending ny Charge 5 in for replacement, can I remove the data via app if battery is dead?

@hettie2010 , unfortunately in order to remove the data your Charge 5 would need to be charged and responsive.  This cannot be done from the app.

However you can be reassured that if the Fitbit is dead to you, it will probably be also difficult to impossible for almost anyone else to extract your data!  So hopefully this is not a major concern.
