resetting due to errors, no smart phone

Hi,

 

how do I reset without a smart phone?  Date and time are all wacky and tracking steps seems off too.

Hi @jeg256  you can't use a Fitbit unless you have a compatible smart phone or Android tablet. Used to be we could sync via our computers, but as of next week, that's been removed. Date and time require regular syncing to stay current.
