should I upgrade ?

I have a fitbit charge 4 since 2021

some kind of bug (touch screen not always responding) battery live is more 3-4 days now.
so I was looking for a little upgrade ...

I was looking at the new charge 6 but its seem like a downgrade. is that normal ?
what do you recommend and why ?

I have the Charge 5. Previously, I had the Charge and Charge 2, then the abomination called the Sense. I miss the altimeter, but the tracker itself has been good. I can’t recommend Fitbit at this time because of the app. It’s just bad. It not only looks like a 3 year old designed it, but it performs like it too. I’ve heard good things about Garmin and Amazefit.

Which Fitbit device is right for you depends on what you want from the fitness/health tracker. If you need to track floors, then the Charge 5 & 6 aren't the right choice as these don't have altimeters.

If you let us know what are your requirements, we can give you some suggestions.
