charge 5 is recording seveal sleep episode over noght - each lower than 3 hours.

how do I ge it to do single continjuous recordwith awaker periods

can I turn off sleep nap?  no instructions

I had a blaze whihc gave excellent sleep record on  sensitive my new charge 5 is USELESS. it also fails to record temperature. no readiness. help hard to navigate on watch and app
