stuck in boot loop?

From what i can all my Charge 5 is stuck in boot loop after the update failing. It won't actually even stay on long enough to connect it or try to update it again or sync it. It's rebooting every 30 or so seconds. I've tried restarting it using the button on the charger, any other ideas? I can't seem to get through to customer support, it just keeps saying "Sorry, that page is following another trail. Since it's unavailable, step over to one of these instead: Home base or Start Another journey"

Hi, @JanelleK93 you should be able to reach Fitbit using one of the methods you will find on Contact.Fitbit.com .

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
