My charge 5 isn't syncing and it's not even 6 months old. Just noticed it won't sync since last night.

Mine too, less than 6 months old. the premium trail haven't even finish haha. The issue started 2 months ago. I have followed the steps that includes restarting the fitbit reinstalling the fitbit app, removed the device and add them again. The whole process stops after keying the 4 number code from the charge 5. It just doesnt sync anymore and the time is 7 hours behind now so i can't even use it as a watch. I'm using a Redmi Note 10 5G, Android version 12 SP1A.210812.016

I Uninstalled fit bit and shut off blue tooth then made like it was a new install and it's working again.  Shouldn't have to go through this though when we pay good money for these items.

What phone are you asking for help with? 

Try shutting the phone off. 

Try stopping the app, this will be done through the phones settings. 

Clear the Fitbit cache.
