Since fitbit chose to change my label from irritating to unresponsive. Third day in a row that my fitbit 5 stopped syncing the night before and I have had to repair the device giving me unreliable results. Fitbit when are you going to get this fixed or give people some answers on why this product is not working properly. Customers pay for the device, customers pay for the subscription and we are not getting what we paid for. We as customers deserve answers and better support.
