I'm trying to activate the month premium trial on my Charge 6. I can't get past the "Password" window. It doesn't recognize my password. I clicked "forgot Password". Google askes for my password. I put it in. It recognizes it, but when i go back to activate the trial, it doesn't recognize it. Contacting an actual person for support is impossible.. Any suggestions?

You need to contact a Fitbit Support agent using the "Contact Us" option at the bottom of the page. None of the volunteers or users here can activate the trial for you and it seems like you need something to be overridden. There is an option there to have a live chat with a Fitbit employee.
