6 months free premium

I had a Charge 5 and a premium subscription. I upgraded to a Charge 6 that indicated it came with 6months free premium however my account was not updated to reflect a new subscription renewal date... How can I redeem this benefit?

Let me explain to you what might be the reason you are finding trouble to redeem your premium subscription trial.

If you have an existing Fitbit Premium subscription, you can't get the 6-month trial. An active Fitbit Premium subscription can’t be ovrerriden by a 6-month trial.

If you cancel your Fitbit Premium and complete the duration of your current subscription, you’ll probably get the Fitbit Premium trial that comes with your new device.
