Active Zoe Minutes - Unreliable

I used to earn 1 AZM for 90bmp then it was 108 and NOW it's 110 for 1 AZM (which is practically a jog).  A fast paced walk has me at 98bmp. I get no assistance from FITBIT support; was hoping maybe someone knew if deleting my stored data "Manage Data" in Account Settings would help put the ranges back into realistic numbers?  Thanks for any suggestions.

Look at your Resting Heart Rate history.  That is what most directly affects your heart rate zones.  If RHR has been going way up, that is what would explain the rise in your increased lower limit for AZM.  But then you would have to look into why your RHR has risen so dramatically.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

That's not it...but thanks...my RHR is consistent at 68/70 BPM over this past 2 month period.  I appreciate your taking the time. :musical_notes::musical_note:

I have the same issue.  I have intense activity while resting/sleeping.  I noticed it records my activity as double.  If you look at your time and steps, it duplicates.  When I called Fitbit (3 times) They said it was a known issue with the charge6 and their is an update fix for my app starting April 1.  I check each day but there is no new update.   Also, my heart rate on my fit bit is unreliable.  My coach recommended using another pulse monitor to check accuracy.  My Fitbit is off.  I’m not sure what else I can do.  ( it said my resting heart rate was 220, while sleeping, a suggestion from Fitbit asked me to put my Fitbit on my charger, then press the button on the flat end of the charger (where it goes into the wall charger) for one second, wait a second, press again (repeat three times). Then, wait until the Fitbit logo shows on the face of the fit bit.  Put the fit bit on snugly on your wrist, one (or two?) fingers above the bend of your wrist on the vein side. This helped and reset my 220 hb to a more normal amount.   Hope this helps.

Please ignore the typo and the face should be on the wrist like a watch. The strap part is on the under side of the arm
