I moved your post from the Charge 5 product help forum to the Charge 6 product help forum since that's the device mentioned in the title.
Please give us some more details about the problem you're having with Active Zone Minutes (AZM). Are you not seeing your earned AZM on your Charge 6 or in the Fitbit app?

Thanks for the additional clarification. The problem you're having is, when you go to the Settings menu on your Charge 6 and tap on AZM notifications, it doesn't turn on.
Have you already tried restarting your Charge 6 to see if that will restore your AZM notification button?
To answer your other question, there isn't a way or button to manually turn off the Charge 6.
