I'm not sure if my issue is similar to what everyone else is experiencing. My Charge 6 will randomly stop working even though it's fully charged. I have to connect to the power source and hit recharge button multiple times before Fitbit logo goes away.
Because it stops randomly, sleep, steps, etc are not being tracked consistently.
I only noticed this happening for about a month now.
Is there a fix?

I would contact Support using the link at the bottom of the page and ask for assistance with doing a Battery Test. The device shouldn't be acting like that, and doing a diagnostic test would give us a better picture of what's happening.
