Hi there - I recently got a Charge 6 and am having what looks like a weird display bug with the "Always on" clock faces.. I've tried multiple clock faces and this happens on every one except the default clock face.
I've tried restarting but that doesn't fix it.. thanks for any help!

For this issue, I think it would be best to contact Support (<-- click). Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore Resources) to get to Step 3 which has the contact options.
If you're still in the return window from where you bought your Charge 6, you could try that as well.

I'm facing the same issue. Only the Fast Lane and Sans watch faces work fine. All the others get distorted with weird red / orange outlines.

I did talk to support - I did all of the basic troubleshooting steps (and almost bricked the device in the process 😅) but after all was said and done, the issue still persists. Definitely looks like a bug of some sort. Support said they were "escalating" but I have't heard from anyone in 3 days. I suppose the only other option is to return it and try another.
