Until two days ago, I could use my Charge 6 to pay with my Amex. I had to do a factory reset and now I cannot add the Amex back to the Charge 6.

Fitbit hotline is useless. Any hints?

Thank you for your message, I'm sorry to hear that after a factory reset, you are unable to add your Amex back to your Charge 6.

I could pay with my Charge 6 and an American Express until I did the factory reset few days ago.

The charges on my Amex statements show as "GglPay" followed by the name of the store.
