I have restarted Charge 6, iPhone, and reinstalled app. Still not working! I am disgusted.

I don't have an iPhone so I can't help. Not sure how new you are to Fibit. Was it working and then it stopped, or did it never sync? When I first had an issue and couldn't figure it out, I called Fitbit support and they helped me figure out my issue. Good luck.

Totally in the same situation. So frustrating that my charge3 worked so well and now with the 6 nothing is easy. Syncing the device is a challenge. It works randomly. And when nothing happen I usually need to restat my phone (iphone) and or reset the charge6.
So disappointed with that new device. Does not count floor (my old charge3 did) and the new "find my phone" never works since the syncing is so random.
Hopefully they can fix all those issues quickly.

Mine also isn't syncing. It won't restart the device on the menu. Pressing the button on the charger cable three times like YouTube videos show doesn't work. Looks like I just need the device to die battery wise. Gonna turn on GPS and hope the juice just dies and gives me relief from this buggy product.
I can't believe how bad the products have gotten over the years, everything I liked is basically gone. Wrote a Google Play review of 1 star I don't think the company replies to forum posts or play reviews. Crickets. Super disappointed.

Also plugging onto charging cable doesn't bring up the charging screen. Never had a problem with charge 1 and 2. 3 was okay. But my 4 and 6 have the same bugging out unresponsive need the charging cable to reset. Now that doesn't even work. Wtf.

Had to take different steps to get the Charge 6 to sync. Sometimes quitting the Fitbit app and turning Bluetooth off and on on my phone gets it to sync. Other times, I close the app and restart my Fitbit and that gets it to sync.
Since it’s a known issue, I hope there’s an update to fix it.

I’d reach out for a replacement because it’s probably still under warranty; the syncing problem won’t be fixed but at least the Fitbit buttons and charging cable will restart it.

My sleep doesn’t always sync either. It’s a hit or miss. So frustrating. I don’t understand why. I wear my watch the same way every day/night but this morning no sleep information. 😣 😑

I'm sorry to hear you all still have issues. After all this time you should definitely contact Fitbit customer support. I now have a Charge 6 and when I had an earlier version (have had them all), I had some issues syncing. I contacted customer support and they did something on their end, not sure if it was a reboot of sorts or an upgrade. Anyway, it didn't help so they sent me a replacement. I found them extremely helpful.
