I've never wasted so much time accomplishing nothing as I have while trying to recover my recent activity data from my Fitbit account. Older solutions online suggest going to the dashboard on a desktop browser but all that dies is try to sell me more Google/Fitbit items. We're is the online version of my history when the app refuses to work?
This is months now, I'm so sick of having to uninstall/reinstall/restart everything every **ahem** time, it's such a waste of time, and every time more of my data is missing!
At a loss, and mostly just incredibly frustrated now, this is ridiculous that the related posts on this issue span years and yet it still drops all my data and I've spent weeks trying to figure out my own Goddamn run distances from a week ago since they're now gone too.

The online dashboard was removed some time ago as apparently according to Google all the information that we need is in the app. Its a pity as I liked being able to look at the computer rather than a phone screen.

There is an issue on the Fitbit side that affects our ability to see historical data. I've seen recent Moderator posts acknowledging the issue and that the team is working fixing the problem.
They also mentioned that an app update will be rolling out in the next few days. Keep checking your app store for the update and install it when it's available.
Although I haven't seen any confirmation, I'm hoping that this upcoming app update resolves the problem with accessing our historical data.
