App is not showing my data

My exercise data is not showing on the app for the last two days even though my device is showing that I have met my exercise goal each day and now all of my floors for the last month (from my One) have disappeared. What is going on? Even if I add my exercise manually it is not showing. Please help

Hello @AMWinter 

I'm seeing some other Charge 5 & 6 users reporting a similar issue with their completed workouts disappearing from their Fitbit app.

I'm going to see about escalating this issue and will report back if I get an update.

Same here, yesterday all my exercises tracked/started from the phone disappeared. GPS map from yesterdays and todays exercise disappeared as well.

I am also having this very annoying problem. The manually logged exercises never appear in my iPhone app. This started Monday.

I was able to see my data on Wednesday but on Thursday I had the same problem and cannot see my exercise data in the app. My floors for the last day, week and month have disappeared again too. Just data for the year is there.

Hello @AMWinter , @Gabby01 , @Cathie1985 

I looked at the Fitbit Status Dashboard website and saw that there was an issue with the Web API starting around the beginning of September. This impacts data syncing and is apparently the reason why we're having problems with seeing our exercise data in the Fitbit app. The current status is still showing the Web API issue as of today, 06 Sep 2024. So, they must still be working on fixing the problem.

Please be patient. I'll keep checking the status daily. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before it's fixed and we see all our exercise data again.
