I track my workouts on my watch but when I go to my app nothing is there ugh I tried logging out deleting and restarting phone app and watch nothing is working
it’s so frustrating and now I can’t even go online an look and no one ever answers an email at Fitbit

Hi @Marsh1136 do you make sure that the watch has synced? Which exercise? Is it more than onr type of exercosr? Ive read that one of the exercises are failing to sync, you may want to search ypur exercise type.

As @Rich_Laue mentioned, there have been multiple reports about exercise data not syncing to the Fitbit app. This issue was acknowledged by one of the Moderators and he said the team is working on a fix.
I noticed that one of the issues that appeared to have caused this problem now looks to be fixed. However, I'm not sure that all issues causing this problem have been fixed.
If all the issues have been fixed, it could still take some time before we are able to see all our exercise data in the app.
