BUG REPORT: Tracker display not syncing all items with app

My app syncs fine with my actual Charge 6 data. However, the tracker display itself doesn't seem to update the tiles with what the app shows.

Examples:

  • My app updates with my sleep data from the previous night; I can see the info in the app. If I go to my main tracker face and swipe up to the sleep icon, it doesn't show the data (if I restart my tracker, that usually fixes it, but it's not ever updating without a restart)
  • Same thing happens with the readiness score metric as with the sleep tracking.
  • The menstrual health icon NEVER matches with what the app says. My app will say something like "4 days until your next period" but the tracker will read "21 days until". Even restarting the device never fixes this one.

These forums are mainly a user-to-user community. Please submit your bug report using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap on your picture/avatar in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap on Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts & submit 

The feedback reports go to the team for review.
