My charge 6 takes several minutes to connect to GPS on every run. I always start and finish at home, which is a single floor house with no tall buildings around. I read that it’s best to wear it loose for gps but it doesn’t seem to help.
Also, the heart rate is way off. Telling me it’s 180 when it’s closer to 120 and fairly consistently high.
Is this normal? Google/Fitbit support just keeps explaining how GPS works and doesn’t really seem interested.
I’m not sure what the point of wearing the watch is.

Are you starting the GPS indoors? I assume you aren't, but wanted to verify.
How loos are you wearing the tracker? Too loose might affect the heart rate reading.
