Battery and sync issues on Charge 6

My charge 6 has suddenly started to drain battery app saying different battery charge to what watch says!?......after charging I have to reboot device to get notifications to come through .....still in warranty....not sure how to contact Fitbit or Google about this 

Any advice would be very appreciated ☺️

Hi thank you for your reply 

I've noticed sometimes that my Fitbit doesn't come on when I press the button it's as if it's turned off I have to put on charger to get it to come on!? 

Is this something I'm doing or is it a problem?  ☺️

Hi

I clean it regularly 

Fitbit went from 46% to low battery warning over night all notifications blocked at night
