My Charge 6 has suddenly decided to only keep its charge for 1 day, if I'm lucky. I had a problem a few days ago where the screen went blank which sort of resolved itself. I've read some of the fixes people have used, mainly restarting the phone by using the Haptic button. However, the Haptic button on my device is not working. It is just over 12 months old and I would not expect these things to become faulty after such a short time. My previous Charge 2 lasted many years. The GPS tracking is also not working on any setting. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you.
Chris

Best AnswerHi,
After trying all the different suggestions to restart my Charge 6 without success, I contacted Google Support and spoke with a very helpful assistant. Even though my Charge 6 was just over a year old, he told me I was entitled to a replacement. I returned it to Google and have just received a new Charge 6! Excellent service!
