Black screen on Charge 6

Face just turned black.

only a month of using

tried pressing the button on cables nothing only fit bit logo shows up and nothing else

cant connect to bluetooth

cant update 

such a waste of my $150

i had such high hopes with other watches lasting 5 years this didnt even work for 5 weeks and it never fell or no damage done

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Charge 6 screen. I appreciate your efforts to get this improved.

Can you answer the following, please? So I can make sure what is the exact situation:

- Are the LED lights on the back on?
- When was the last time you charged it?
- How long did you charge it for?
- If you haven't charged your Fitbit recently, we ask that you try charging it for 2 hours.
- Does it vibrate when you plug your Fitbit device into the charging cable?
- Have you tried the steps in our support article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
