Hi. You cannot repair it by your self. had this problem twice with my charge 5 in the past. Did you wear the device during schwiming or was the watch exposed to direct sunlight (high temperature ).
Now i also have a charge 6 and there was a little hope, that this does not happen with the new model again.
Open a case at Fitbit and ask for a replacement.
