Calorie count is 50% of what the Charge 5 and Inspire registered

I had a Charge5 and switched to the Inspire3. The calorie count for my activities was relatively the same. I just switched to the Charge 6 and the calorie count is 50% less all the way around. It says I only burned 73 calories riding my mou tin bike for 11+ miles in under an hour and yesterdays calorie total was under 2,000 when my step count was over 33,000 steps (the step count was correct) and I had done 2 hours of Zumba as well as 2- 3 mile walks. Is anyone else having this issue or do I have a bad Charge 6?

You can do some sleuthing yourself before you blame it on the watch.  Calorie burn is based on heart rate and weight.

Look at calorie burned chart throughout the day to see if it constant all day long.

Are you getting heart rate recorded at all?

Check your weight is entered approximately correct.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I have a strict exercise regimine I follow and I know what calorie range each activty gives me. I am not injured or ill so there is no reason my calorie burn would have dropped 50% the same day I started using the charge 6. HR is being read and the quite close to accurate. My weight is entered correctly in the app. It is the watch or it's programing that is the problem.
