Calories burned acting up on Charge 6

Hi! About 2 months ago, the calories burned record started acting up. Lets say my charge 6 (bought yesterday to replace my charge 3, both showing same problem) showed 3500 calories at 23:59. The main overview will always show 1-5% lower, so 3400 calories. If I force a sync, it'll change to show the same as on my watch (3500) but go back if I close and reopen the app. The history view also shows 3400. At 00:00, the main overview now shows only 3400 for yesterday. I can see that all my history has been lowered (I downloaded all data some months ago and can see that my year to date burned has gone down by the same 3%). This feels like a small change but I used this number to motivate myself to hit a target every day and now I'm bummed that I lost that history. Any advice? I've done all the usual (restart Bluetooth/Fitbit / phone, uninstall app) - even buying a new Fitbit didnt help

Hello, @Mororanjee. welcome to the Fitbit Community.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the calories tracking on your Charge 6. I appreciate the steps followed to try get this improved.

Please confirm if you are using Mobile track. It is a service that allows you to count steps using your phone even if you forget to wear your Fitbit. You can "unpair" Mobile Track from your account.  On your Fitbit app go to the upper left corner, on the phone and device icon. Click on your phone icon and on the 3 dots and choose "unpair".

Also, make sure you're wearing the Charge 6 correctly.

Hi - thanks for the reply. I have no phone paired on the app so mobile track isn't enabled. I am wearing the Fitbit as prescribed; I've had one for last 6-7 years and before 2 months ago I had no problems.
