Yesterday as I was monitoring my calories, Fitbit told me that by around 9:30pm I had burned 2400 calories, this made sense. I had gone on two walks and had stepped over 10,000 steps. It was also consistent with the previous day where I had burned 2,082 calories but only had 7,440 steps. BUT, in the morning today when I went back and looked, Fitbit had recalculated my calories from yesterday down to 1,990! I lost over 400 calories! It just doesn't make sense. I've checked and my height, weight, etc. are all correct. I wear my Fitbit on my wrist in the correct position. Given that the app revised it's calculations - it seems like it is an app issue.

Additional info: While looking more closely at the info on my app for yesterday, I realized that at some point the app decided that I did nothing at all for 8 hours in the middle of the day. It remembered the total count of my steps but shows that I had 0 steps for 8 hours. So the calorie count for those hours is all the same and just accounts for the calories I need to stay alive. But, I was definitely moving during those 8 hours (8am-4pm). The app knows that I had 105 zone minutes, but the hourly accounting only totals up to 81 minutes (the same 8 hours are missing data). This is a bug of some sort.
