My Fitbit Charge 6 has died, yet again!! Tried resetting etc but no lights. What is happening with these devices, they become unresponsive and stop working every couple of weeks, it is not good and I think at this point I will give up and change from Fitbit as there’s too much hassle in being without a device and then having to set up a new device each time!
Why is this and what progress have Fitbit made to resolve it? I use mine for the usual movement activity tracking with the addition of swim setting most days. I question if this is the problem and that the device shouldn’t get wet? Currently away and now without a device again, very frustrating!

@Flossykinsale It is indeed frustrating to see that there is no support from Google / Fitbit on resolving the issues & the consumer is eventually suffering the most.
We all are hoping for some positive help / solution to be provided by raising it up here in the community. The suggested solutions have not been able to help me yet.... Still my fitbit CHARGE 5 is UNRELIABLE (Big Time !!!)
