Can’t Get Gmail Notifications

Hi. I bought the Charge 6 yesterday. I can’t get Gmail notifications. I’ve checked that notifications are set up on the Gmail app (they do come through on my phone) but the app isn’t showing on my Fitbit under notifications to select.

I’ve tried turning notifications off and back on, but that doesn’t make any difference.

Actually, I don’t see Facebook messenger in my apps either for notifications.

What's your phone? Is Fitbit app allowed to run in the background, like no battery saver settings apply to it? Do you get any errors under device notifications settings in Fitbit app, such as "Notification Service not running. A phone restart is required to Re-enable notifications"?

Charge 6 notifications are an imaginary feature. I've given up, support is useless.

My phone is an iPhone 15. I don’t have any battery saver settings. My phone is always on but I don’t have all apps constantly open. But I do get some notifications for some things like calls and text messages, just not all of the time and not all of them.

I don’t get any error messages, I just don’t see all my apps under the app notifications to be able to turn them on. I’ve turned both my phone and Fitbit off so many times. I’ve unpaired and re-paired several times too.

Seems a lot of people saying the same thing. I didn’t buy the 5 because of reviews but thought the 6 was better.
