Can't find cardio fitness score anymore

Since the last update of the app I can't find the cardio fitness score.

Nothing happens when trying to swipe the graph for pulse.

Anyone who knows if this function has been removed or moved somewhere?

The Cardio fitness score was moved to the Heart page.

• Tap on the Heart tile on the Today page of the Fitbit app to open the page
• Swipe up past the Time in heart rate zones section. The Cardio fitness score is below.

Hi,

I've tried swiping up, down, left and right under the Heart section. There is nothing there.

I only have pulse during the day and time spent in zones.

Under this I have boxes to click for health evaluations, but nothing in there either

I've seen other users reporting that they don't see their Cardio fitness score/VO2 max.

Please confirm that you are on the latest Fitbit app version 4.26.1 for Android. I'm not sure what the iOS version number is, but it should be 4.26 or 4.26.1

I may need to see about escalating this issue.

Yes, I saw this morning that it was included again under "Heart". Doesn't look the same but it is there 🙂

Just got a fitbit a few weeks ago, and i do not see my cardio fitness score. All i see is a cardio load.... its an inspire 3

Just to let you know, you posted in the Charge 6 product help forum, instead of the Inspire 3 product help forum.

Did you look on the Heart page for your cardio fitness score? Please see my 26 Sep 2024 reply which provides the path to the cardio fitness score.

I did realize after I posted it yes. Thought I was in a different thread. I then posted one in the inspire 3 page hoping for a response. 

I did look at your response and I could not seem to find it there, all I can find is the cardio load.

Thanks for letting us know you also posted in the Inspire 3 forum. Hopefully, someone there can help you find your cardio fitness score.

Just to let you know, it's very easy to overlook the cardio fitness score on the Heart page. I don't think it stands out very well.
