I have tried every troubleshooting option available and am posting here as a last resort. Since the last update, when I click on the Exercise options in the app, it completely freezes. I have to force quit the app as I can’t even scroll afterwards. My wife has not had this issue however she has an Inspire 3 and mine is a Charge 6. Has anyone else had this issue? I have restarted everything, resynced everything, and offloaded the Fitbit app to ‘start over’.

I'm seeing other users reporting issues with the Exercise feature in the app. So far, I haven't seen a Moderator acknowledging an issue or an escalation.
Although I'm not sure that this will work, you could try clearing the storage/data for the Fitbit app on your phone. Sometimes, there are temporary files that cause problems.
It's a good idea to log out before clearing the storage so that your data is uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers. You'll need to log back into your account after clearing the storage/data.
