I I thought on my charge 6 I supposed to be able to see who's calling me I can't do that yet so why am I doing wrong

Hi. 

Have you set up notifications on your Fitbit? Are you receiving notifications from apps? 

Here is a help article for setting up notifications "How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?"

Also here are some troubleshooting steps (click on the link for the OS you are using). Hopefully this might be of some help.
