The alarm worked wonderfully for about a month. Now it is automatically snoozing. I wake up after the alarm should have gone off and find that the alarm is snoozed. I wait to see if it will eventually go off, but it doesn’t. 

I see this was a problem for the Charge 4. I thought it would be fixed by now. Any suggestions?
