I cannot get my Charge 6 band to recognize that there is a new software Version 210.26 to be updated. Does anyone know how to get the Fitbit app or band to check for a new update version?

Hi @MannySa22 you can't make your device check for or download an update. These updates are done on a rolling basis and when it's your Charge 6's turn to receive the update, you will see it on the app itself.

So there's absolutely no way to know if it's not working? How long should one wait to get the magic queue? Google should be better than this.

@lmg474 usually the roll outs take ten days or so. Most of the time it happens within days. Just be sure to have the app open and logged in and you'll see the notice when it's your turn.
