yesterday after a full night of charging my fitbit just completely broke. no lights on the back, no vibrating when i press the button, just nothing. Ive even tried the trick with the button on the charger and nothing! ive tried everything and nothing has helped. what can i do?

Since you're tried the recommended troubleshooting without success, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get to the options to chat or call.
