Cant get into Fitbit app on my computer. Msg states API didn't auth Fitbit access. What ???

I'm not a developer so don't know why I'm getting these msgs. I have a new Charge 6 & set it up on Google. I'm thinking I should delete it and begin again just using Fitbit. Is this possible? any suggestions. I just wanted to get in to adjust the clock face and set it up to get msgs/calls.

@k.lohman10   I'm sorry, you can't go back to a Fitbit account.  The Charge 6 requires a Google account.  The notification settings and the clock face options are only on the mobile app.  You can't make these changes on your web dashboard.  Tap on the devices/battery charge icon in the upper left of your mobile app > Charge 6.  Tap on the Gallery tile to change your clock face.  Tap on Notifications to set your notifications.

You mention Fitbit app on your computer.  If you are trying to access the Windows 10 app, that was deactivated some time ago.
