Cardio Fitness Score

Hi! I run 4 miles and then mostly walk and run a little on the 5th mile. Am I better to stop the tracking after the 4th mile so my cardio score does not go down or will it give me additional credit for doing 5 miles no matter how slow the 5th mile is?  Thanks

The concept of a workout implies the fact of doing an activity in a period of time. However, the cardio Fitness score is a stat that is calculated from the overall heart performance.
